Omelette with tater tots

After msn-ing Zee one day, I rediscovered the joy of frozen foods, such as tater tots! They're like hashbrowns, except with greater crispy surface area to volume ratio, haha! This is a simple omelette with tomatoes, frozen mixed veggies, and cheese.

These days, I'm cooking larger quantities of food and freezing them in single portions, rather than cooking a fresh meal each time, which can be a tiring chore after a day at school or work.

Haha...tarpau as much as you can right now and freeze it! Homecooked chinese food definitely sounds good! I still got packet of assam pedas but it's not fun to eat assam pedas without hearing u exclaim how delicious it is with rice, hahaha! And you still got the mosque for a couple of weeks rite?

Hmmm...maybe I'll start blogging the recipes too, heh. Today made a batch of baked pasta with alfredo sauce.

How do you cook the tater tots? Don't they have to be deep fried?

Tater tots? Just pop them into the oven for 15min at 425 deg F. I find that it makes the tots/hashbrowns crispier, not so oily, and with much less effort :P
